# First Psychiatry Clinic

> First Psychiatry Clinic is a psychiatry-led mental health clinic in Dubai, UAE, offering psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. It is the first mental health clinic in Dubai where all clinicians are psychiatrists (no in-house psychologists), with a team of Western-educated, accredited consultants and over two decades of experience.

The clinic treats the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, ADHD, complex trauma, bipolar disorder and OCD. It offers trauma-focused therapies (IFS and EMDR), esketamine treatment, and ADHD assessments for all ages. Care is delivered by a multicultural team supporting patients in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. An on-site pharmacy (First Center Pharmacy) dispenses prescribed medication for a seamless treatment journey.
