Our experienced doctors with their holistic approach are happy to help and support the young generations as they believe children and adolescents deserve the best. We also have a UK-trained doctor with over 20 years of experience, who have also worked in Australia and Ireland. We offer a multi-cultural approach to our patients and can support patients who speak English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.

Therapies Offered

We offer trauma-focused therapies at the First Psychiatry Clinic. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapies. These therapies can help those who have faced childhood traumas, from growing up in adverse family home environments or repeated stressful life experiences. We also help those who have faced stressful or traumatic experiences as an adult that have left some emotional scars that continue to influence current lives and relationships.
